How to video on site

Im a magician. I am try to put short 2-5 min vids of perfomances of effects on my site. The vids are created in windows movie maker if that helps. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Upload the file. Then link to it. But do your host give you unlimited bandwidth?
