I'm having truble getting my chat service up and running, I got some info as to the url but when I sent it to a family member they tell me that they get an error or blank page. I was wondering if you could please check it out for me and see what I may have done wrong or if I missed a step in my regisration or set up? the site is or should be (familyandfriends.com/freakygeakpage.html)
