it says in the .css file that a style of "scroll" can be used when text is too long for the page, looks like crap with the short sidebars on left and right....and this tiny footer at the bottom

i have tried but having a hard time installing a vertical automatic scroll bar in the main content area......

can anyone help me with the code if it is possible?

I think if you change all colors in the background of the page nobody can see that scroll bar.
