can you point out to me where i can get to the uploading place

1. You need to open a Bravenet account
2. You need to log into your account and register for the appropriate service such as web hosting or photo gallery
3. Log into your account, select the service and follow the menus.

You can't see the menus until you register for the service.

I dont even know myself how to do it and i am making a website PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME. I dont fidn the help services really helpful

Go to a good search engine like Google, there are more free tutorials on the web than I can count.
