Sorry to be a pain but i need some advice..What i want to do is have one column down the left hand side with a main header of NAVIGATION then list, forum, links, classifieds underneath this header, again sorry to bother you

As long as you are using the wizard, I really don't know. All Wizard pages seem to have that column, don't they?
