Slide-In Horizontal Menu

I am making a menu for all of the Cubs rosters. Instead of my menu looking like...

1980
1981
1982

How can I get the Slide-In Horizontal Menu to look like this...

1980 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985
1986 1987 1988 1989 1990 1991

And so on??
