I am getting very frustrated becuz I've been trying for 2 days now. What I'm trying to do is add some scrolling text to my site..But the problem is that everytime I add the code it doesnt appear on the site..Whats wrong? Am I doing something wrong...Also I know for sure that the code works becuz it works on the sample that a friend has...please help me.

Hm I've noticed that other html like making tables work but effects dont..

Effects are normally created using javascript. Perhaps you have javascript turned off in your browser.

To check this in IE go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. On the Security settings page select Internet and then Custom Settings. Scroll down and near the bottom you will see a section headed Scripting. See if the Active Scripting option immediately following is enabled.
