Because whoever runs that forum has banned you (or someone who happened to have the same IP or IP block). Nothing to do with Bravenet whatsoever.

Go to their web site and look for an email address or contact form.

Chances are that they have banned a particular ip address or range of addresses that somone was abusing and on this particular occasion your internet connection has allocated you one of the banned addresses. Since most internet users get a different ip address each time that they connect banning an ip address is unlikely to stop the problem person for long and is quite likely to impact inocent people such as yourself.
