FIRST cnovert that bitmap to a JPG or a GIF file. If you have no program that can do this, then download irfanview, a free application that can do this for you. Why? Because a gif or a jpg is at least 20 times smaller than it's bmp counterpart, so it loads at least 20 times faster.
