I am trying to use links within my website to skip down to subheadings then back up to the top. I am using the rich text editor in the website wizard. I tested the html code and it works, but when I paste it into my webpage via the website wizard it doesn't work. I get an error that says:
The system has failed to log you in.

I've never sen this before. Why would it try to log me in? How do I fix this problem so the linking works?
