E-Mail form is saying "This form is inoperational!"
No matter what i do, i cant get it to work it always says This form is inoperational! and in the html it says "Provisional users can't create forms" i dont know what that means but it sounds too me that i cant creat forms for some reason, do you have to wait a sertain amount of time before they work or what? heres the page im working on: http://www.freewebs.com/zpdesigns/order.html It keeps giving me that message no matter what i do... PLEASE help me im always on aim and u can e mail me or just post whatever... ty for your help in advance...

Your host is injecting that message because you are a new user or have a new account. Users on thier system are not allowed to have email forms while they are new, until a period of time has passed.
