I'd like to know which method is right standard for creating email forms. Some say get...others say post! Which is the right one please?

Also does anyone know of any form mailer javascript code that doesn't require cgi, asp, php etc?

There is no mailer of any sort that does not require processing on a server using cgi,php,asp, etc. etc. HTML mailto: forms don't work reliably at all.
