My computer monitor's color is crappy right now , so can someone tell me if the layout below looks alright? And also, does anyone know how to get the color red to show back up on computers?

The layout is okay, but you should be the judge for the colors. Using a non-defective system

The reasons for a missing color can be various, but most likely it's one pin or one wire in your monitor's connector or cable. Try moving the cable around near one of the connectors, if the color returns it's definitely that. Otherwise the only thing you can try is use another monitor. If the behaviour stays, it's your video adapter, if the behaviour is gone it's the monitor.
But my bet is on the monitor's cable just next to one of the connectors.
