I'm trying to apply the password gate on the photo gallery so that when people visit my website and clicked on the link to the photo gallery, the password gate appears.

My first reaction is simply to go to the service manager for Password Gate and enter the url of the gallery as the target site. Is there a problem with that?

I don't think that's it. It told me to copy some code and paste it inside the tag of my website. How do i do that? Where do I actually paste it?

You have to sign up for bravenet website hosting service first thing if you dont have a website hosting yet.

You then get the guestbooks,counters services
and photo center and other extras you want second.

You then use bravenet web building editors to make
your webpages or html files.
You have to add bravenet codes to your html files.

I wasn't able to put the password gate on the page with the protected material, but put the gate on my homepage and used that as a passthrough to the protected (and hidden) page. Then access to the page is called out through the Password Gate controller on Bravenet. I called it a Members Log-in. Perhaps not elegant in webmaster land, but it works.
