recieve the respondents. When i tested the email handler of Bravenet, it worked im glad but when i checked my email, this what came up:

The selection field doesn't have a name and there are several fields called "name".

For all of the fields to be passed to the form each must have a unique name.

ok, but what im asking is that what name should i use for the 2 sets of the select options and the text area so that way i can recieve it when some1 fills out the form and again please take a moment to go to my site and view source and see what i did wrong, i was at ur website but i didnt understand, i only understand the basic html.
