I need a solution for email forms on one of my web pages. I want the customer to have the ability to email up to 5 of his friends or business associates about my web site. I also need the code for a text box with a message in it that would be sent to the 5 email addresses.

Since you're here at Bravenet, have you considered their Tell A Friend service? It does just that.
