I'm presuming you've been using the Visual Editor? Open your existing page in there once it's done (and once you have that "under construction" thing gone, and click the Save As button (the diskette with dots in the button bar). Give it a new name (just a-z, 0-9, - or _ in the name and nothing else, no spaces, dots, quotes and so, and make sure it ends in .html)("my pet.html" is bad, mypet.html or my_pet.html are good), and that's it. All you have to do now is create a link from one page to another, and the above linked site can help you with that.
