Help.. Still confused. Ive tried what I understood I should do from the linking section of the site listed here for Michelleigh Creations, but Im still not doing something right.I cant get the page to move when I create the links. Not doing something right, but what??

First you have to "name" the part of the page that you will be linking to wherever it is.

Then to link to it, put this wherever the link should be:
