Hey Wendy - the registration forms are available on this site through the upcoming events link. When they are available there will be a link to click that will lead to more information. This link is old (from the 2007 season) but it has some information that is generally always the same so you'll know what to expect.
But I'd wait for the new link before you fill out anything in case waivers/registration/costs change this year. Entry fee is usually $10 per athlete and they donate some proceeds to the SPCA. They accept cheques and credit cards and the deadline to register is usually about the week before the competition.
