i osted a longer time ago.
I am a paraplegic for more than 4 years now. My legs atrophied very rapidly since I was using the chair.
I thought this would stop some time at an "acceptable level". But meanwhile my legs are so terribly thin that I can't hide it even with very wide trousers.
My legs are looking really paralyzed (If you now what I mean ...) and this gets me totally down.
Do you have any tip what I can do against this . This passive trainer I am using is totally senseless and the problem is that I can neither feel anything nor is there any restactivity in my legs.
