I hate to disappoint you , but there is not all that much to see in Regina. You might want to check out Wascana but it won't be as nice as in the summer. If you really want to see some neat htings....make the trip to Moose Jaw (45 minutes from Regina). The town is a bit smaller but it has a unique history.
