Mold Casting in steel or berylium copper of 10" novelty product

We have planned to machine this Novelty product with liberal tolerances on our Haas CNC...it occurred to us that we might be more cost effective if we had the cavity cast. In years past we had small cavities done very successfully but they do not do this size.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, considered Electroforming but the Novelty product will be in Nylon and weighs 1 lb. and the volume is 150,000 a year to start.
