ballancing equipment for high speed milling

Does anyone have information on a source for presetting balance equipment for tooling used on
30 and 40 taper machines ?
Looking for equipment to verify balanced conditions of G 2.5 or better for up to 30,000 rpm's.

We have recently purchased a Haimer. During our research into balancing systems we found several systems that were competent but the Haimer, with its interchangable cartridges for different tool holders, was the best. But not cheap!
