Description: The purpose of this position is to contribute to business by scanning and developing new technologies by evaluating and monitoring suppliers, establishing the feasibility of new injection-molding processes and mold technologies, carrying out projects and supporting development and predevelopment projects.

- Scanning and developing new technologies for injection molding and molds, drawing up cost-reduction and quality-improvement programs, establishing the feasibility of new and improved injection-molding processes and mold technologies, carrying out projects up to and including implementation on the client’s or supplier’s premises.

- Evaluating, monitoring and advising suppliers regarding aspects related to injection-molding and mold technology

- Building up knowledge in the field of injection-molding and mold technologies, maintaining contacts with colleagues with external institutes, keeping up to date in the field by visiting fairs, conferences and meetings.
