Everyday in our human experience we run across many different people.... At our jobs, over the phone, at the grocery srore, or even over the internet. We exchange energys with these people we come into contact with...even if we dont realize it.
We can choose to be negative and spread those kinds of enerys which I call seeds..and they are like a cancer. They will not only affect the person we come into contact with but all those that they come into contact with because they are affected by our negative energy and most likely become negative themselves.
Or we can choose to spread posative energy to those we meet and spread seeds of Love. Seeds of Love also have a ripple affect, that passes on from one person to the next and all the other people they come across.
We never see how many peoples lives we actually touch by one little gesture. But we do have the choice of what kind of affect it can have by the energy we give out or the seeds we plant.
I choose seeds of Love....because thats what I would want to come back to me.....so sending you all energy and seeds of love today.... Marcy
