My friend Linda told me about doing this probably over a year ago and I have had some fantastic successes. They're called affirmations. I've done a lot of "miracles are happening between me and ____" and "God is blessing me with immediate job miracles" and others. The key is to say them out loud over and over again from 15-60 minutes a day. To change a condition takes 21 days of this (so it is said), but I've had the miracles happen immediately. Call it the power of positive thinking, creating or manifesting and, of course, God's love.

Sherrie: I too have had a lot of success with affirmations. Not only do they do the job I know I feel better about everything when I am saying affirmations. One of my favorites is "I live in a Universe of abundance. Abundance is mine and my animals. We have everything we need to take care of ourselves and MORE! I always throw the "and more" in. Another one I use is "my income (or bank account) is constantly growing. It really does work as I really do seem to get whatever it is I need to take care of myself and the animals in one shape or another.

I use affirmation too. but mine is silly but it works! "I am pretty and center of attention. I am talent and best of everything. Everyone likes me." That give me more self confident.

We will do a show on affirmations this summer! If I should happen to forget (age does that to you!! HA!!) would someone please remind me??
