Knowing what kind of Angels we have around us..

How can we make the most out of knowing this information?

Andrea: I think knowing which angels are around us, and im talking about arch angels here can give us an idea of what we have within ourselves that we need to work on or need help with. The beautiful thing about Gods angels is that we can call on any of them to help us at anytime,since they have different jobs that they are associated with.
Just for example I'll use the arch angel Michael> He is the angel who is associated with protection, courage, strength, truth, and integrity. He rids the Earth of things associated with fear while protecting us physically, emotionally,
and psychically.
We can call on Michael to help remove phobias or fears either from this life or past lives. We can call on Michael if for some reason we are in a fearful situation, and he will not only protect us but give us courage and strength. If you ever see bright blue sparkles or flashes (and sometimes purple) this is symbolic of Michael being around...but you dont have to see that to know he is there.
I know arch angel Michael is around me and I know why. He helps me work on my fears from what was programed into me over years of catholic and christian beliefs. Not that either one of those religions are bad or anything but I have held on certain fears from the doctrines they teach. I know many of them have left me already because certain things dont frighten me that used to..but I am still a work in progress!

SOO We dont have to call upon the angels for them to help us...but it must help to ask with intention? right?? we dont have to know who we are asking for??
I have always said decide how you want to feel about something and then go with it....
Tonight I heard a MUCH better explanation of this...using angels... If you feel something negative about someone either try to make it right with them or ask your angels to take that negative thinking away from you.... in the context of the story and in light of trying to release negative thoughts I was moved by it...
Is that similar to praying for people who have done wrong. and forgiveness??? I truly have never understood how people say they forgive someone and pray for them after the person has done "evil" Now I understand a bit... Ask for negative thoughts to be removed... I have asked for a lot and received it...I know it "works"

Andrea: Yeah I dont believe you need to know the names of the angels that you need to help you; all you have to do is ask for the one best suited to help you with whatever your concern is and that angel will come. But they wont interfere with any lessons we need to learn karmic-wise. They cant interfere in our lives unless we ask for their help also.
Forgiving people who hurt you or do evil isnt always easy sometimes we have to ask for God to help us find forgiveness..but what I have discovered is that if you keep praying for that person and for them to be blessed...forgiveness seems to just come to you in time...if that is your intent.

Intent... Sigh.... sometimes getting through the muck to the my/our real intent is work!!!
knowing what each angel to ask for specifically or at minimum knowing what angel "jobs" there are... seems to me that it would make it easier to figure out how to ask with true intent....
does that make sense?

If I am in touch with myself enough to know what I need help with..It sure would help to focus on exactly what I need....If I had toe pain I would want the angel of toes....
I can see where we may need clarity to find out what my actual needs are.....

Oh gosh I think I have now taken Angel learning TO Angels for Dummies....

Andrea: LOL NO if you have toe pain you ask for arch angel Raphael...he is the angel of healing (all forms). He also helps Michael with escorting spirits to where they need to go if they are stuck here. He also helps clear spaces where negativity are. He is the angel you want if you are going to travel anywhere; even if it is in your spiritual journey..to help find truth and can also heal wounds from past lives.
Raphael could also help you if those bricks are hitting your head too hard LOL!!!!

Knowing all the possible things I can receive/get help with sounds like a beautifully healing shopping trip..Even better!! I can ask for people I love to receive too...

I have 4 arch angels.. do I need to know their specific job to know the strengths I have near me..??

Andrea: For one if Gabriel is throwing bricks at you its probably because Gabriel is a female angel not a male and you keep calling her..."he",,,LOL!!! But I did the same thing before I knew...I just learned she was female recently.
I dont think you have to know the names of your four arch angels around you...but I think in time you will learn who they are just from what you need in your life. As fast as you learn from going inside of yourself; I wouldnt be surprised if tomorrow you are telling me their names already!
I really wouldnt be surprised at all if Gabriel is one of yours around you because she is also connected to helping people with arts, journalism and communication skills. The way you love to write and journal plus the fact that you are always thrown into circumstances where communication is difficult with family members.She also helps us with interpreting our dreams which is another thing you do alot.

I dont really know how to reciprocate that... Well you are a teacher,healer, & You find the vulnerable part of people..You help to make them/Me strong... There is a reason you get called Mum.. You took this broken girl and helped put me back on my feet.. Marcy what angels do you believe help you??

Andrea: OH thanks for the compliments but I just pass on what I learn..you did all the work to help yourself!You might be stubborn but I see that as a really good thing. You dont just accept what people say; you go inside yourself to validate it and see if it is right for you and thats good.You find your own "truths" in that way and dont just accept some one elses. We are all learning and I might believe a little differently down the road when Im more knowledgable so its good you look for your own truths.
I think the arch angels around me the most are Michael, Gabriel of course raphael (I call on him the most because I pray for healing for people every day...well not just for people for the whole planet).
Another arch angel that I feel is around me alot is Uriel., who helps with problem solving and studying, and spiritual understanding.
Chamuel, I cant leave out because he helps lift people out of deep sorrow and helps them find love and peace in their hearts. He is also the arch angel who helps us find our soul mates...and can help us find lost items.
But most of the time I rely on my guardian angels and guides to help me with the exception of Raphael......I call on him everyday to help me in my healing prayers.
There are amny arch angels and as I get to know them I will call on the ones I feel I need but so far these are the ones I think help me the most right now......................................marcy

Lol Ryan it would be a great Tattoo..I like the word Angel in all forms.... I just dont like needles.. :-)

HI Sonshine: Great to hear from you!!!I also see that particular number sequence a lot! According to Doreen Virtue the number sequence with all 1's means your angels are trying to get your attention to monitor your thoughts very carefully, and think only about what you want and not what you dont want,,,,as this sequence is a sign that there is a gate of oppertunity opening up for you and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speed.This is especially true if you are seeing this number sequence more than once.
If you have difficulty manifesting your thoughts into positive ones ask your angels for help because the universe is kinda like taking snapshots of your thoughts and manifesting them into form. Have you ever heard the saying "as a man thinks so is he"? Well its true.We do create our own ralities and draw back to us what we put out into the universe. Something to really think about!! I am realizing we get signs not to figure them out like a puzzle but to feel what they are for... Its getting more clear everyday..
I had such a beautiful number sign IN MY FACE and I didnt take a moment to know why...until Marcy told me numbers can be signs....
Man I take the hard road...we get signs EVERYDAY-ALL DAY,Because we have soooo many moments in the day to Love someone, love something and love ourself...
I cherish my signs..I cherish my life more everyday....
I have started to gauge my decisions on whether it makes me smile inside and out.... If it feels right I believe it is right...thank god I dont have any addictions cause that technique would not work for me very well..
Marcy people struggle to find good connections with people...so many people cant find good friends...You have helped me trust If I open up and go with my intuition, I can have GREAT connections,Even with people who use to bug me :-)
Having faith that all will be ok is a whole lot easier knowing we have an army of angels and guides in our life....

Andrea: I looked at the time the post was started when I first answered it, but didnt mention it because I am so used to seeing numbers in sequences every day nearly. Im not quite sure that I believe all of Doreen Virtues number sequence meanings but as I read them..I found them to be useful and not harmful in any way so I post them. It gives us something to think about anyway..but like you I dont always just accept what someone else believes and Im still learning.
I agree with your statement about relationships and intuition. I believe God gave us intuition for a good reason and thats to help steer us in the right direction for ourselves. Sometimes I have found we can run across people that we might not necessarily want to interact with but something tells us we should and sometimes....those end up being the most rewarding situations to learn from.
Yeah it is a wonderful gift from God ..to let us have guardian angels, guides and arch angels to help us through this journey...so we never really walk alone...its such a precious gift and I am so grateful!! I need all the help I can get LOL!!

its weird - ive been noticing these numbers the past few days, 111 or 11/11/11 then today 12.12 and 444am (time i got home)

I alittle skeptical cause i think i look at the time more than once but only pay particular attention if the numbers appeared to be in sequence lol

Sonshone: Thats really a coinsidence..I have been noticing the same numbers including the 12:12..I remember Christopher saying in one of the readio shows that when we see numbers in sequence like that; especially if we awake from a sound sleep which happens to me a lot--- that its the angels wanting us to send out a universal prayer of love and healing...because the world see numbers like that, I always stop for a few minutes and send out a prayer. Jeez your not gonna believe this but it is 4:44 right now as I post this. i woke up before and it was 11.11 the time i saw the time on my computer lol - i prob woke up at 11.09 and by the time i roll around and turn on my computer it was 11.11 haaaaa

i feel much better these days but whenever im alone for a sec - i.e. the drive home, going to bed etc etc My mind will start to wonder again

hmmm saw 2 cars one after another that had the number plates 444 and 444

Sonshine: Yeah I have heard the numbers 444 signify many angels around us. Thats a beautiful thing. I dont think it has anything to do with dying though. LOL! Its probably for protection and most of all healing considering what you have been through..I always take it as that anyway.' since I have seen those numbers throughout the past year a lot. When I see 444..I get an overwhelming sence of peace and love. Hugs! marcy

i googled heaps but no one seem to have like a concrete answer - there are so many different interpretations out there!

surprising thing is the number 111 and 444 are the most common - i found this site that had thousands of people posting their phenomenon. everyone has different take on it but its weird how its mainly 111 and 444 and not so much other numbers lol

some say its a warning? some say its just angels around you - but when its that often i think there more to it ...

Sonshine: I hear ya about so many different opinions on what the numbers mean..I have heard a common thread of them that say 444 means you are surrounded by angels. As far as all the others It is hard to say except I really do believe our guides and angels are trying to get our attention when this happens. I think the best explanation is the one Christopher gives..which is when this happens the universe needs prayers at that time. Ya cant go wrong with that one. I know there are a lot of meanings out there. I dont believe we see them because they are a warning of bad things though. I have been seeing them for a whole year and nothing bad has happened------ all good in my life. I think you are right I think there is more to it than what we know anyway.
