Dear Gentlemen,

My father-in-law,Sam Notobartolo,who, as you know served in the 6th Marine Division and fought in the battle on Sugarloaf Hill is very ill.He is in Room 700 at Scripps Memorial Hospital in San Diego He often speaks proudly of his service for our country in the USMarines and of his buddies with whom he fought alongside during the war.
He now resides with his wife, Elizabeth, in Rancho Santa Fe, California having moved here in March 2009 to be closer to his family. If you can send a message of encouragement to him, it would be greatly appreciated by him and his family. He loves all of you and the US Marines.
