Corrections: Were you in Tsingtao? Do you remember Irina Balabouhin?

I’m looking for anyone who may remember Irina Balabouhin. She worked for General Clement. She was about 18 at the time. She spoke Russian, Chinese, German, Japanese and English. She married Private Parker Mosman in 1947. I'm looking for personal stories or leads on people who might remember her. Thanks!
