Looking for People who spent time in Tsing Dow China

My Dad Fargo Balliett was in the 6th Division as a Captain and was aid to General William Clement and General Bo Rigeley
He is looking to talk and even meet up with anyone who was in the Tsing Dow China in 1945.
He will be going to Washington Dc and Williamsburg end November.
