Duane's family of the San Diego area need help in motivating the Mexican authorities to properly investigate this murder and bring the murderers to justice.

I, Jack Amend, a friend of Duanes, am trying to assist the family in their time of grief. My first though was to contact the retired marine organizations and request assistance.

Can any of you be of assistance? Phone calls on your part to the Mexican authroities would be a big help. Do any of you have any ideas on how pressure can be put on the Mexican authorities to properly investigate this murder of a former USA Marine? Any help much appreciated.
