Thomas R. Davis was in the 6th Div. company ? platoon?
He was a rifleman. He was wounded on July 21,1944 on
Okinawa. If members of the 6th remembers him email me.
I have several war pictures he had. would like to share them. Now that he is gone I don't know where they where taken,nor who is who in them . Nor who took the pictures. He was proud to have been a member of the 6th. He wouldn't talk much about the war though.
Another who is gone and served alongside my dad in the same outfit was his Brother in law Dwane Stevens.

Where I have Okinawa as where he received his wounds is wrong it was Guam.July 21,1944 is when the 6th Division landed on Guam . Okinawa didn't come till 1945. Sorry about the error.
