I am searching for information about my great uncle Joseph Thomas Williams from New Jersey. My great uncle served in the 6th Marine Division, 29th Marines, 2nd Battalion, F Company. He joined F company on June 20, 1944 and was killed in action due to a mine on June 14, 1945 on Okinawa Shina, Ryuku Islands.
