I think I missed it by a week or so, but someone had a birthday (BRIAN) and a couple had an anniversary (BRIAN & SUNNY). Apologies for being tardy. I was a Summer'24 statistic with COVID a few weeks ago, and I sorta lost track while getting back to working my FT and PT jobs. Brian - Happy belated Birthday. Sunny and Brian - Happy Anniversary.

Thanks, Sunny. When COVID first started back in 2020, I decided not to go to the gym, and bought myself a rowing machine (a Concept 2). My son and I put it together Labor Day weekend, and I started rowing. By December 2020, when I caught COVID the first time, my lung capacity was far superior to what it had been 4 months before. So it didn't bother me too much, a little headache and body ache, etc.

Now, I am rowing 15-20 minutes weekdays, and 3000-4000 meters on the weekends, getting the time and distance to coincide. This 2nd time I had a headache for a few days, body ache, a little cough, and some stuffiness. Nothing big. I did have to wave bye to the rest of the family. I caught COVID a few days before our summer vacation. I sat at home, fed the pets, and watched the 1st week of the Olympics.

I believe I have made a (near) complete recovery.

And you are welcome. I hope you were able to spend time camping. (hinting for a story)
