Re: Re: Re: sweaty palms

Definitely consider using toweling grip. Hard to find, but fantastically grippy. Tends to get a bit tough after a while (and perhaps a bit retro...), but it's cheap so easy to replace every now and then.

Hi

Rosin works quite well to dry your hands:

If not, have 2/3 racquets the same and rotate them. This is what I do along with the rosin.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: sweaty palms

I remember watching an up and coming Paul Carter playing a Herts League match a few years and his very creative opponent had designed and made a velcro glove and grip for the racquet. Once he had the correct grip this obviously gave him excellent purchase on the racquet throughout the match. However his only downfall was that he left his tracksuit on during the warm-up and it took him a game to get the correct grip on the racquet again. I believe he has taken his design to the far-east and has patented it and begun production out there.
