It seems like Laura Lengthorn is also doing well. She upset Isabelle Stoehr and Omneya Abdel Kawy to reach the quarters!!!

Squashtastic ..... is great to see Alison get through the qualifiers .... butI don't think that she is yet ready to take Linda ...... maybe in a couple of years when she has more experience. I really hope Linda wins this tournament, she is the best lady player I have seen in the last couple of years.

Barry, of course I have to agree with you ....... Jenny and Alison are the stars of the future. BUT ..... Linda could still be a top contender for quite a while yet.

Don't forget Laura-Jane Lengthorn. The Egyptian team (Omneya, Engy, Eman, Raneem) is extremely young too, and Australia has a good crop of youngsters (Kasey Brown, Amelia Pittock, Dianne Desira)coming up. Also keep an eye on the Canadian dark horses (Runa Reta and Alana Miller) for the future.
