Maybe the difference is that the WSF were in charge in this case and not the PSA. The WSF obviously have the nerve to hand out penalties when called for. Players on the PSA tour get away with 'murder'. I watched Nick Matthew recently in Chicago and his behaviour was terrible. I bet nothing will get done, no report will be filed, no punishment handed out. Many juniors were watching as well - I wonder what they were thinking?

can someone tell me the mandate of different organizations, PSA, WSF etc. Who does what?
