Bernard's next to market diner NYC 1950s to 1972

Hello retired seafarers.I know you will be meeting tomorrow.I spoke to Steve Bohanna and I am seriously interested in all your memories about Bernard's clothing store. Please contact me.I am Bernard's cousin, my grandmother wrote him regularly and he helped her when she was sick,
Grandmother died in 1961.Bernard Groman died in 1972.
I know you may have been customers at his place.I am also looking for any of his friends, business associates, etc...Does anyone have a photo of him and his wife, Ester?
My interest is personal family history of my family and my grandmothers background and Bernard's origins.I know some things yet only little bits.
I am also interested in the diner and the store as part of history and culture.
Looking forward to hearing from you.Enjoy your get together!
