James Francis Healey - ships cook - merchant navy 1918-1950ish

Does anyone remeber my Great Grandfather James Francis Healey, of West Derby, Liverpool. He served in the merchant navy as a ships cook from 1918 to 1950ish (when he died young of cancer). He was born in 1900 and had two brothers who also served in the merchant navy (Robert & Joseph E.). I know from my grandmother that James was awarded an Africa Star during WWII.

I would like to find out what theatre of war James served in and what ships he served on. I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who knew James.

Kind Regards
