Looking for info. on my gradfather Captain Jennings, WWII

I would be grateful if anyone with any memories of my grandfather, Captain William Jennings would kindly contact me.
He served with the Clan Line until 1941 and his last ship with them was the Empire Song which was blown up by mines near Malta. The following year he was serving with Elders Fyffes on the S.S. Rosenberg and was killed in Porto Trinided.
I would dearly love to hear about him and talk to anyone who worked with him.
Many thanks
