Hi i am aware the 2012 ETHOS will be 853 as opposed to Life tubing and the seat stays curved and be more competetively priced.

can you
a) confirm the 2012 frame price and
b) the reason for curving the stays? Is this because 853 is less comfortable / compliant than Columbus Life ?

i am looking at a 2011 ETHOS currently and wondering which one to get

Hello Chris.

In the end we decided not to curve the seat stays on the 853 Ethos. This frame will retail at £699.00.
The Columbus Life option will still be available as a custom option at £925.00.
