I now have just over 300 miles on my custom etape and feel as one with the bike. My other bikes, including a carbon fibre speed machine, just aren't getting a look in - the etape is just great to ride! My thanks to Mark and Jim for their time, care and expertise. These guys really aren't happy until you are happy and go the extra mile to get things right. I will be strongly recommending them when friends are after a new bike!
