I don't know if you see the point i am trying to make. This isn't about playing the rules to fit into society or avoid complications, I am trying to say that could not the sociopath determine his own rules which may coincide with the rules that are common to society in fact, to ensure his own success in life?

Everyone, ultimately, plays by their own rules and values, not just sociopaths. There is just no component, no right/wrong scale to restrict what those values may be with a sociopath.
