Those who condemn psychopaths have probably known one well enough to have been hurt by one ... badly.

Those who choose to adhere to some personal code that includes avoiding hurting other humans are not likely to be "discovered" by the general population and hide out quite handily in the open. Those who don't, give the rest of them a bad name ;)
