I have noticed that I often wait 'til the last minute to do work and I have had a lot of trouble trying to get out of this cycle. First, I believe I began making schedules to allot time for tasks I needed to complete. This was unsuccessful, as whenever I began doing work(usually a reading assignment), I would begin to pace around and suddenly get the urge to do cleaning. One week, I decided I would get all my work done(including all that I was behind on)by getting up early and disconnecting my internet. When I did get up early, I ended up spending much of the time in a daze, only reading a few sentences at a time before getting distracted again.
I know this may sound trivial, but I am having a hard time of it. Please leave your input.
