I have received email indicating that Bill's address may be wrong on the site. I have confirmed the address and have even received a response to mail I have sent there.

Is anyone else having trouble?

I am trying to get an alternative but in the mean time you can send it to k.jones and ask her specifically to forward it on to Bill Davison. Ask her also to acknowledge this via email.

This is the main address for Liverpool. Don't write the word cecil hills lakes in the subject so that they will have to open it.

It is your right to do this. They are employed to do a job. Let's make them do their job and do it right. If they don't like it then that's their problem.
