I'm dissapointed at the way LCC is looking after Cecil Hills as a whole. The lakes, parks and surrounds should be better looked after by the council. They are spending 600 odd thousand on the water retention area opposite Balmoral and all it has been is a half finished dust storm for all surrounding residence. How about LCC look after our beloved Cecil Hills. Clean the parks and lakes, mow the grass and clean up where the two lakes meet.
GIVE ME SOMETHING FOR MY RATES...... AND STOP WASTING OUR MONEY. LIVERPOOL COUNCIL YOUR A JOKE.!!!!!
