May I ask Mr. Charles Seigel what is going on at his website?
It appears to me that there is a loose nut behind the wheel at the office of Choo Choo auctions lately. The reason I say this is because I tried to add money to my account last night on 5-29-13 and got an email today asking why I was adding money, as I do not have to pay for anything currently.
It seems that the office staff has NO knowledge of what they are doing!
Also I emailed about a K-Line set of engines for sale on the auction site and got no reply what so ever. Am I the only person with a complaint like either of these two I just mentioned?? I doubt!!!!
I really used to like this site but in recent months I am tempted to move to another auction site or ebay.
Hi... I'm sorry for the lag time. I have to approve deposits and am not in the office 24/7. That said I ask anyone who deposits money into their account also email me at trainman@traincity.com that you have deposited money to be used for you to auction your own items. This will speed the approval.
I will look further into this and see if there is something that can be done to make this process less timely.
