Hello all. I've been running into a problem that I believe can be simply fixed. When you bid on an auction item, and win it, I will send you an email telling you the total and where to send payment. Lately, I've had two persons who either refused to respond or didn't get my email. It may have gone into their spam file. The result is that I gave each of them a negative feedback for their lack of a response after 8 to 10 days. Check your spam file if you do not get an email from me when you win an item. I always send the email, usually immediately after an auction ends. I value your business; but I need you to respond.
I expect all the buyers on Choochoo Auctions will agree with this.
