Hello Everyone:
I just wanted to inform everyone of a bad seller on the internet.
Kellan Zimmer from Ontario Canada.
I purchased a lot of HO scale trains that were supposed to be near mint, but the items were not, most of them had broken or missing parts.
Paid with pay pal, pay pal didn't help at all, I sent the items back to the return address, it was a fake address, police report had been filed and now I am talking with my bank to go over pay pal's head to get my money back.
I also filed an internet fraud claim.
use caution with this creep, he is on the yahoo newsgroups 90% of the time.

I am sorry for the late reply.
I don't know if he sells on choo choo or not.
he specialized in HO and O scale trains.
he was in 3 of the yahoo selling groups, now kicked off.
I don't have his ebay id at the moment, but I do know he tries to sell 60's and 70's lionel and a lot of IHC trains in HO scale.
according to the information I have, he fequents train shows in Michigan and New York.
I don't know if he is or was a TCA member.
